I don’t know why everyone says that Maria is annoying, she’s the key to the mystery so she has to be a very important antagonistic character.

I don’t like that they downplayed the asthma attack Jessica had. They didn’t even mention it, just showed her breaking down. That and when Kanon pulled the spike out of his chest. Then again, I don’t trust anything that Battler doesn’t see with his own eyes.
Next episode wraps up this arc. Then we get 8 episodes for the second game ^.^

I can’t believe no one else besides PriLover has said anything about the cleaver Kanon had that looked EXACTLY like Rena’s from Higurashi. The shameless plugs for that series within this one are boundless. xD
And Kazemi, I kinda felt the same… but think about it this way. All of them have seen way more death and blood than most do in a lifetime… within a very short time period. They are most likely “immune” (so to speak) to seeing breakdowns such as Jessica’s. They most likely knew he would die before the doctor and Jessica even entered the room.
Wow, Kanon even grabbed Rena’s freakin’ cleaver right before he died! There’s a freakin’ Higurashi reference in every freakin’ episode! What’s next, somebody’s gonna grab Satoshi’s bat?
