theres gonna be a second season. I think about 3 more. but there isn’t much story they can come up with so if they sum it up without detail itll be 1 more.

Inferer, do you really think there’s gonna be a second season? I really loved this episode, but it just kind of leaves you hanging, you know?
I just don’t feel that it’s ended yet, cuz it doesn’t feel like there was any closure here. I love Lord Jouslain and Fan Huylick and I want to see some kind of peace between Tytania and all those poor people.
Okay, now I’m done. Sorry, but I always get a little too into these animes.
    Thanks for posting this!! :-)

Excuse me!!! How can this be the end? We’re still left hanging, cuz Tytania is still in control of their known universe and I know that Tytania will be out for Fan Huylick’s blood. And at the beginning they kept going on that Princess Lydia or Lidia, whatever, would have an impact on the Tytania and I haven’t seen it yet. She may be cute and have a crush on Bal, but what part is she supposed to play in all this? I’m so confused.
I demand a second season!!!! Okay, now I’m really done!

Why is it when it starts to get really good, they end the show. I really loved this one. They had better come up with something really good to replace it….

most likly be a secound season

  7. buhe replied, Comment #105570

Agreed, the first one was like where Tytania starts to lose their influence of the known universe which was based on a belief and fear that they were invincible, and even with their failed attempt to misled the public that they are still invincible through that funeral, people who are tired of their noble-looking tyranny will perhaps gain confidence to join in the fight against them and some perhaps may be governments with military might.

  8. achiles replied, Comment #105781

There may not be a second season due to the author of the original novel not making any new material.

Btw the author of this story is the same one that did legend of the galatic heroes which was awesome, very similar to this.

It was made a while ago though, but it had a proper ending plus tons of ovas.

  9. expendable replied, Comment #105785

wow seems the more I watch this anime the more it pisses me off. A guy that gets distracted and then shot means that he lost in hand-to-hand combat? Being shot doesnt seem to be a hand-to-hand faitality. And after that guy gets wounded he gets an exicution style death by being shot by like 20 guys. Really like 1 more well placed shot would have done the trick.

And finally a universe without tytania….what so the rebels are trying to commit genocide? NICE…..

Fan Hulick is the hero that killed that buff guy? LOL more like the guy that disctracted him or the girl that passed Hulick the guy are the ones that actually got him killed.

  10. expendable replied, Comment #105786

Like come one if there where 20 people in that pit with guns, sure you would probably use that method of haveing them surrounded and rapid fire at them. But 1 guy, seems a little overkill. So I guess the rebels dont take prisoners either :S

  11. expendable replied, Comment #105787

THe guy doesnt even have a gun and he’s already wounded and dazed, yet everyone fires like 5 shots at him :S

The rebels don’t really seem like good people:s

maybe cause I havent seen all the episodes leading up to this one but wow……hulick seems like a douche

  12. expendable replied, Comment #105790

Also the princess that was sent to tytania as a “hostage” is treated reallllllyy well. Shes got a servent a nice place to stay and shes allowed to write letters home :S. Hostages dont usually get to write letters home let alone the other stuff.

Also you need a half decent population if you are trying to rule the universe when you dont have any supereior techonology. I havent seen any weapon or ship that was used by tytania but not used by other countries. So bacially tytania had to rely on their stratygic capabilities to get to where they are.

Guess what pisses me off is that the people they are trying to potray as evil have a very standard method of doing things. And the rule book that they follow cant really be considered evil. However the rebels that they are potraying as good use any method that they can just to win……

    @expendable

Your statement led me to conclude that you don’t know history well enough to see the position Lydia is in, nor how she used her position as a “hostage” to her advantage in in both social and political aspects; both present and future; for her country/planet and herself.

It only takes less than 10% to rule the majority, again looking back into history, Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, Napoleon Bonaparte, Darth Sidious, how much of the known world have they conquered in their reign, how much of the population of their empire was Mongol, Greek, French, Sith. yes superior technology is a factor in war but thats it, only a factor. It is ones ability and capability to use factors to your own advantage and thats what will get you to where you want.

Tytania follow a military system, an army. of course they follow protocols and the “rebels” well, as rebels who does not have the same system, the use what is known as guerrilla tactics because they do not have the capability to stand toe-to-toe against Tytania

  14. cloj63 replied, Comment #106261

a good point from this show is they making it as realistic as possible. It is not like Dark Sidious (srry for taking your exemple) who want to dominate de universe is a pure evil… We are watching a “country” who has just been superior and slowly take control of a good part of the universe. No evil intentions, or an “all mighty ruler”, just like what a super power is suppose to be.

As for a second season, i’m pretty sure it can come. There’s a lot from what to continue.
But it can stop here, and it’ll be just as great as if it would continue. We can state that the principal arc is conclude: Huylick is the hope of the poors and accept it and Tytania continue to have a good hand on the universe but with a not to sure feeling.
That’s a way (not classical) to finish thing, like a slice of life, but for History^^

Lord Zarlish must of been pissed when he found out that he was figting Hyulick. He tried to find him for soo long to, but sadly he died. Oh well sucks to be him

  16. Cool_Guy replied, Comment #107124

expendable, you are really stupid. You said that tytania was following a military system?? And you said that they were following protocols? Then how come Zarlish violated Valgasyu and Esterl’s sovereignty? That is not what you call “a standard way of doing things.” Watch the whole series, don’t just make comments when you haven’t watched the whole series. You’re just making a fool out of yourself by making one-sided arguments.

  17. Rafalga replied, Comment #107381

    @Cool_Guy

Excuse me but that was my comment.

Yes, under Zarlish Tytania’s command the Tytanian Military violated Valgasyu and Esterl’s sovereignty because Zarlish is only accountable to no one but the Clan Lord, and thats called “chain of command” why do you think the Tytanian officers and soldiers obeyed Zarlish’ orders? yes you got it, its the chain of command.

The Valgasyu and Ester Army, why do you think they resist Tytania? its not because its the right thing to do, its because they were told to do so by those on the higher chain of command, orders from the President/General(or what ever his rank was I forgot his name) to fight and defend their sovereignty and what not. That is what a military system is (well part of it) that I was talking about.

Tytania violating Valgasyu and Esterl’s sovereignty is called exercising military might, letting everyone know they are the top dog and no one can stop them from getting their goals. I think you have naive idea of what a militiary organization is, reading beween the lines you think that in the military, you do the right thing, protect the country, protect its citizen, protect its sovereignity. Well that is but part of what they do, another is to uphold the governments ideals/goal/objectives

I agree with “cloj63″, it can end here. Hope not, but it could. I believe there is still a lot of matters unresolved, but resoving them may complicate the anime.

    Anyways, hope another season comes!

  20. Kaze no Kae replied, Comment #109649

There will definately be at least one more season. I mean, they didn’t just leave loose ends, they explicitly highlighted them! Zarlish’s mums vendetta, the possibility of a war between Valgasyu and Tytania, Zarlish’s superhuman strength (I mean, come on, a rock the size of his torso was smashed on the back of his head and he barely flinched, that needs some explaining), Lydia’s arc (she’s a hostage, remember? she’s not always lived on Uraniborg, presumably that situation will be resolved before the series ends for good)

  21. Kaze no Kae replied, Comment #109650

cloj63: Actually, the Sith ideology is very similar to that of Tytania. They both believe society needs iron fisted authoritarianism to lead it down the “right” path, and they both believe in the necessity of a single fist rather than many. Plus, “Pax Tytania” is an obvious reference to “Pax Romana”, and where do you think a lot of the inspiration for the Empire in Star Wars came from as well?
