wow its finaly over… i realy like this series though. took me awhile to understand what the spoon was for
over huh.
i liked the 1st season better.
S2 was kinda a let-down.
the story+plot could have made alot more potential than this.
maybe it was a budget problem.

wtf…? okay…. watch season 1, and don’t watch season 2, i’ll tell you what should happen in season 2, so… basicly glihmah becomes evil and tries to kill everyone etc. etc. and then the people started to rebel against him and casted him away into a seal and burried him deep beneth the earth… soon after several years the tower collapsed for unknown reasons and there end much better… -_-
i was hoping for a more dramatic ending. Like if Jil was on the verge of death or something. Ending was ok.

1 thing i love about the ending, neeba falls succubas goes after him, yet u dont know what happens to her and at the end it shows a baby version of succubas. so maybe neeba did the nasty with succubas and had a child its a open ending

CRAPPY ENDING! THE TOWER WAS GONE AND THE MONSTERS CAME OUT AGAIN WTF?!! THE WORST OF ALL WAS THAT JIL SHOULD’VE ENDED UP WITH FATINA!! FATINA IS WAY HOTTER AND BETTER THAN KAAYA!! KAAYA IS NOTHING BUT A CRYBABY BITCH.

id watch a movie that continued from this ending point… it seems like they could do that. it would take some serious thought to make though. i did like how the “distant relitive” died so easy and how jill just looked like …..”what did neeba just throw at me?”
This anime started off very interesting and ended with a huge disappointment. It seemed like the show had to be rushed to the finish. Might have been budget problems or who knows what, but this last episode did not make much sense to me at all. Why the hell is Jil so retarded and not see that Fatina was the one there for him through the thick and thin when Kaaya left him for Neeba. Besides, Fatina’s a whole lot hotter than Kaaya.

anyways it was a ok ending although this anime could have alot more potential like having up to 24-26 episodes per season. that would be so kick ass
You guys are dense. Kaaya (Ishihara) did not leave Jil for Neeba. She left Jil behind so he wouldn’t have to die!
Secondly, Fatina only started liking Jil because she was sad about Neeba. She only liked Jil becuase she knew Jil would not user her! She was using him to fele better. She freaking admnited it in a previous episode. Yeah she’s a bit jealous, but she went to Jil on rebound status to forget about Neeba. She is hotter though. It’s obvious she will end up with Utu at some point. You could tell he’s cared about her for a while. Just think of his statement to Jil after they killed the Ice-soldier and were going to enter the top of the tower where Shadow Gilgamesh was: “You better give me a good reason if you’re going to keep putting Fatina in danger like this.”
As for the ending. It looks like they are trying to show that things recyle themselves. Ki and Gilgamesh are DEAD. They were sitting up there as uh spirits like Succubus. I think Neeba is also a spirit, and is in some other place now with the Succubus who probably took his soul with her when Neeba dies.
Kaaya obviously is like Princess of Uruk now and Melt serves under her so that hs ass can be rich and noble. The Gilgamesh in the crowd, I dunno about that. The real Gil died when his shadow died. So again an illusion.
This ending was preety good for a short story. Jil bringing it all together at the end with the “Neeba fears Jil like Ishtar fears Neeba/the tower” was EXCELLENT.
The tower got destroyed after Neeba fell of course. So all you see are its remains. As for the monster. They were in the uppoer tower too, and probbaly all fell out.
I thikn the Succubus running to Neeba at the end was nice too. Turns out she really liked him, and it wasn’t just her using him. As for the distant relative. She was the one who tuahgt Neeba to be that good a fighter. She got owned though. Dunno why she went alone.
This was a great Anime. Season 1 without Season 2 is stupid. Don’t knwo whay anyoen would say such a thing. I honestly think Kelb should be the new King, but whatever. He finally marries that girl Ethana! Sheesh.
The show finally got to me, and so now I need to dl that ending song.

good anime but i think they could of had a couple more eps to explain more of the ending and also i believe they rushed it to get ready for the spring season

What still confused me was why Neeba wanted to destroy everything, and use the tower to destroy ishtar. What was his motive, cause if he was just plain ol evil thats a little lame. I kinda understand why he never liked Jil, seeing as Jil was always the preferred child during their childhood and what Jil said at the end kind of helped me, but I hardly believe that Neeba would go through all that trouble to destroy everything just because of Jil. So please someone explain this to me!
It Becomes apparant as the story goes along that Neeba just HATES the fact that gods consider humans*himself too* As lower beings, as we consider ants :p
Anyone that feels as if they are nothing but nothing to someone would do something about it.
In this case, Neeba done it well, i liked his motive, but gods keep as many people alive as they can, so it was bad too :p
It is true that Fatina started using jil as scapegoat for her emotional damage from neeba. However, in the end, she admitted to jil that she loves him. wtf jil should’ve ended up with fatina. This anime is trash
Man I love this show and the ending was great
I wish ppl could just enjoy an anime for what it IS and not complain about what it COULD BE -_- Its a great ending to a great series. The last spoon up Gil’s a$$ was funny lol. And maybe the succubus saved Neeba by using all her power.( might explain why shes a kid now.)

It was a good series. Its good that it had a seemingly happy ending unlike most anime nowadays who tend to love evil twists in the end and leave you with bad feelings.
To the ones who didnt notice/understand, in the end when they show the old Gilgamesh among the crow of climbers, the mature version of Ki is behind him. I guess thats what they talked about becoming climbers after returning the Crystal Rod to heaven. ^_^
LMAO.. that Ki had habit of sticking some stuff in to other.. O_o… Hm..

decent endin i hate when they replay events in the season during credits when they should give a more detailed ending. as much as i dont mind fatina and jil together its best she gets wit utu and kaaya stays with jil
