wtf!? they changed the story of the restaurant!? that was supposed to be the final time Touma and Mikoto meet before their paths split up for awhile….
*sigh*
oh well…
Yea…Touma was supposed to appear in this episode and ruin Misaka’s attempt to get info on Level Upper at the restuarant but this is different.

Aww man this was supposed to be hwo the first episode of To Aru started! how dare they change it! Aww well whatever, just skip all this stuff and get to the real important parts like the Level Upper battle and the sisters fighting Accelerator!
