lets hope the subs are fast
Thank you for the raws. This looked like a very good exploration of the empire and the root of their goals coupled with the heart of the men who serve in their division. I like the dichotomy between the two sides of a war and having an open eye to the people who are fighting for the empire is a great way to place a empathetic face to all the nameless men in armor that our protagonists have been cutting down since the beginning.
I look forward to the subs. Delving into the grass roots; and more explicitely, onto our favorite protagonists, Rhiannon truly took center stage in this episode in more ways than one. She showed that she can see past the armor and read the heart of the people her village is at war with. Rhiannon seems to possess a rare talent at accepting the cruel realities of the world and understanding the hard choices that must be made. At the same time, she never forgets the humanity of her enemies and approaches each situation with an open heart, careful not to villify anyone unnecessarily. In this, I think she is a fantastic architype for people in this world; an inspiration for all of us to place more effort in understanding and accepting people and striving for peace before war or conflict.
It seems like the general of the imperial army seems to have some understanding of this but he is still tied to duty and rank. It could be seen as a similar circumstance from arawn’s perspective if I am assuming his character correctly. Without seeing the subtitles, it’s too soon to judge, but I would dare to make the assumption that Arawan and the Imperial General may be characterized as two sides of a similar coin.
In any case, fantastic episode as always and i’ll look forward to the next.

Good episode. But why can’t my main man Arthur get some love. He was at the butt end of the joke this episode. I think the writer likes picking on him the most. Although the next episode will hopefully show him in a better light than this episode did.
