I haven’t seen anything from the Manga (not sure if there is one) but they did leave a little cliffhanger at the end. See the 501st Strike Witches was disbanded, but there may be a 502nd? Also, in the series it said that Europe is covered with the Neuroi and they only liberated a part of it, which means there is a decent chance of a 2nd season.
Hopefully, the same cast will stick around and I hope Sakamoto-chan regains her powers somehow because that was sad :’(
