well concidering he’s a “filler character” I would assume that he only appears in the anime to buy some time for the manga.
He is in the manga. If you read the one with the special chapter before chapter 33 i think, he was there with Hero. He was definately there with Kid and Black Star. But this episode is just the anime one.

These are fake, there is nothing about anybody getting pregnant in the previous eps. I think it was last ep there were also fake subs but I think it was fixed. Really, these subs are very far from the real meaning.
