Seems to okay, but I think I’ve been spoiled by Bleach, Vampire Knight and Special A to mention but a few of my favorite animes. I’ll continue watching this anime though. It was kind of funny.

Just for the record this is the Fourth season of Slayers, there is Slayers orginal, Slayers Next and Slayers Try with a total of 78 episode + a couple of movies and some OVA´s thats if your interested should watch before this story
I totally remember seeing the first season when i was a kid…wasnt it dubbed? Anyway it looks pretty good.

Whoa, Slayers, OMG! I remember buying video tapes of the fansubs for Slayers Try before it was released in the US… *sigh* It’s been WAY too long since the last Slayers anime came out! This looks pretty good, though a little different. If you’re new to Slayers, check out the first 3 seasons for lots of necessary background info…

FYI Gaury’s “sword of l;ight” was used to seal away one of the four demon lords (who incidentaly created the sword in the first place” and thats why he doesnt have it

I don’t get why people are hating on Slayers. Albeit the fact that I’ve never watched most of it, I’ve used spells for some of my rp characters and I own one of the movies. xD It’s just so badass. And it’s a classic. Mainstream anime is…well…ruining anime. Naruto’s a piece of crap and Bleach isn’t bad…but Slayers, man…it’s an amazing series. =P You guys need to broaden your horizons a bit.

For anyone who does not like or understand why this show is so GOD DAMN GREAT!!!…. this the one of the GODS of Anime its been around forever and has starred every voice actor who you’ve ever heard or respected. This was a show that carried Anime in the north american market before most of the people complaining about it where even born. So shut up, learn your anime history and thank your lucky stars that this show has a 4th season because ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about anime is crying with happiness right now that this Fan-FUCKING-tastic show is back on the air…
