^ What do you mean “why so long?” Its only been 3 days. Subbing takes time (translating, timing, and encoding a 30min episode is hardwork) and since this has been licensed by FUNimation, there are very few fansub groups that are willing to sub it anymore. Just be patient. You’ll have subs soon.
