Well you can’t say he didn’t have that coming, he was being a real jerk here at the end. They shouldn’t have made this seem like Sekai fault though cause this all happened cause of Makoto….should have keep his lust in check however hard that may be when the girls in this anime just throw themselves at you. It’s so crazy not even sure who to feel bad for.
Actually if you look at it from the stories perspective, it was Sekias fault. She introduced the two and then she had Makoto sleep with her while still dating Kastura. Thats were he got the whole cheating thing from, he got it from Sekia. Then he started to do it with every single one of the other girls and then she freaked out made up her being pregenate wich no women should EVER do in ANY situation cause that screws a mans life up completely. With that said, Katsura is a crazy bitch. I mean what the fuck is she gonna do once Makotos head starts to decompose and shit, and WERE THE HELL WERE THE PARENTS. I dont think there was a single parent in the entire series. Is there really a Summer Days coming out?

i really dont think another skool days would b very good. ill check out summer days, its up to about # 12 (i almost thought i had school days 12, checked the title and realized it was summer days.)
I think the only parent that was ever mentioned were Kotohoha’s parents. Her mother gave her the tickets which she said where from her father’s work.
But yeah. This episode is f•cking insane. I can’t say I’m not glad that Makoto got killed, I wanted a “bad ending.” But seriously. The head. wtf. The writers could’ve just combined all three bad endings together and make Kotonoha jump off a building like the game.
And there’s no way Kotonoha would be able to see Sekai’s child. It’s not like there’s a full-grown baby in there, christ.
i wonder if the “uncensored” episode will be on the DVD’s… :/

I just have to say one thing this it the best anime drama I have ever seen. I love how this entire series, if you can call it one, went. I even like this ending had to watch three times, man talk about an awesome way to end things; I totally didn’t expect none of this to happen, and that was just great.

Yup just too much Drama, note to self, see a anime with the genre Drama, Romance, skip, or read about first to make sure its not all totally dramatic and crazy, because CLANNED is going to come out soon, and it is Drama romance, but that i dont think this will happen lol… and those wondering about SUMMER DAYS it is a game that came out after School Days( Probably) but Summer Days is actually a prequel setting the summer before thier first year, and Setuna as the main lead, in that setting they made it so it was in summer that they meet, but ya all character thier but Setsuna main.( prequel)_ so if you heard thier going to make summer days, it is possible, because it would be a PREQUEL ANd at the same time Spin off, ish cause u know.

I was seriously ROFL at this ending. I told my friends about it and they thought I was crazy. In any case, good ending to demonstrate what people with no good morals and/or respect for human life can do. All in all, there’s less stupid people on this Earth if that were to happen IRL.
Btw, I thought it was pretty symbolic that the color of the blood was just black with no tint of red at all. Very nice. This is what I call a real fucking fairey tale story, not that bullshit Disney crap. Good stuff!

First of all. Whether the scenario of this anime could happen in real life. I do not think so too. As said, the parents and teachers are missing. It just seems like the world is overflowing with youngsters. Besides; I cannot imagine anyone to be like that actually, you can write it on purpose but being like that? I would rather think that the author just wanted the craziest coincedence gathered in this anime.
Now to who is to blame for. First of all the author, it was his brain doing this, none of them were ever real, you can not know whether any of this would happen if there were several brains. Then I do not think that anyone of them really is the one to blame for. I mean, it all started with Sekai helping Makoto. Right, but is that a bad thing to do? Did you deserve to be killed for this? After all Makoto was happy too, and even Katsura. With Sekai kissing Makoto should be allright as thanx. I mean hell, that would be no reason for me to blow up with my girlfriend. This kind of special training Sekai offered: of course this had some bad influence on Makoto since he wanted to live out his sexual imaginations. But they both accepted it. I think the greatest fault of all was that they did not told Katsura about their love. The problem of Katsura was that she was addicted to Makoto. She could not live without him. It was no love in the first place. Love normally would have to do sth with two people. But she does not accept it even after Makoto tells her off. So that is why I think that she got addicted to him, not fall in love with him (you know, since she had hard childhood, it is naturally to be happy about being loved and of course it is hard to let go of this, ecpecially with a partner not telling the other one (or much too late) that is is over. And I do not really understand why Sekai should be blamed for all of things!? She even tried to stop Makoto, but he did not listened. She allways told him that they should tell her. Makoto did not give a damn for this. Of course, she was silent too, so as said, the fault was their silence. So in the end all of them are guilty and all of them are not. It depends on how you look at things.
To the final blowing killing part: Well I was really shocked too! I did expect Katsura to kill herself at first because she were so desperate. It is kind of hard to understand that Makoto is such an asshole after Setsura (sry if I missed the name) left. He does not care for Sekai. Not even one bit. He rather enjoys doing it with other girls. Sekai was really driven mad by this. She was pregnant (do not tell me, that there was nothing inside her, it would have been too small yet) and Makoto wasn’t interested into it at all. He took no responsibility for anyone only of himself. The only good thing about Makoto is (that is what I think) is at the very end. He starts to realize that he has been an idiot after all after seeing Katsura absentminded. And even in death he splittered out the words “Thank goodness”. I think he somehow knew that he was doing it all wrong and with this it would all finally have an end. I think Sekai killed him because she went insane because of all of this and just could not take it any longer to have a baby of someone who is not even able to take responsibility in any way (this kind of hospital and his so called care was really a bit unhuman). Katsura was sure messed up with Makoto being killed. It is no wonder that she killed Sekai out of rage since she was taken away her boyfriend she longed for so long. I think she was so blind with loving him that she even cut off his head. It is like she’d allready lost her mind. You can tell by her eyes. They do get better after being togethter with Makoto again, but she is still addicted to him.
In my opinion I cannot actually believe that anyone would be stupid enough to kill someone because of “that”. They could have just talked normally. No one has a reason for taking away anyone life (I guess that is obvious). As said at the beginning. This story was made by one guy, the author. I rather think that he wanted to show the extreme. To make the lessons clear he would like to give those who watch it. As it were allready mentioned, don’t doubletime with girls. If you cannot choose one then you can’t choose two. Besides for me this Anime rather showed that all those lies and intriges (I guess it is wrong written sry) and that macho-kind of Makotos should make clear that love has really nothing to do with them. Not only love but even life.

wow the ending was awsome. they replaced the blood with black ink and post-poned the episode because something to do with a murder in japan because the real episode. anyways his last words were “Thank Goodness”, knowing that i feel kind of bad…i mean his real lover was sekai and she ended his suffering. which is what it was now that i think about it, because he kept going like he did on only because he was caught up in himself. so i feel kinda bad bashing on him in all my posts.
and you know i dont think all that many people hated Makato only the way he lived and treated everyone, he was kind of like katsura except the threw the whole series, i mean he became obssesed with sex and women. so dont hate the guy feel sorry for him or at least look at it from his last words point of view. he is finally gone and he died happy cause the one he loved turned out to be the one who loved him, even if she did kill him it was out of spite, jealousy and love for him. and i think katsura was messed up in the head and it wouldve ended alright if she had just died as much as i liked her before she ruined it in the end =(. well good series yet bad at the same time cause this was some pretty hard core shit, peace dudes and hope people who watch this are emotionally affected like i was cause thisll scare me into not cheating on my girlfriend forever.

CAVEIRAX—–Makato said “thank goodness” because he was in so deep and he regreted most of it, we find this out when he sees Kotonoha and felt really bad about what he had done and basically broke down right there with her. I mean if you look at it he wasn’t always like that and he was really in love with Sekai. So i think when he said “thank goodness” it was more of like saying “finally” because all he wanted was to die because everyone hated him and was avoiding him except 2 people, and the fact that the ones he really loved ended his suffering made him happy, or that’s how i see it anyways. So it was a good ending because it all went back to the way it started, a 3 person relationship which is how it should have stayed or at least not gone past, the 8 people he fucked was just crazy. Well Makato RIP dude cause you end up with what you wanted, to be with Sekai or Kotonoha the 2 you really had feelings for.

The game’s ending w/ Sekai stabbing Makato was better. There he actually admitted to the shit he did and regretted doing all that shit; sure he still died, but at least he seemed like an okay guy at the end. well this was by far the craziest and most dramatic anime ive ever seen. seriously this is like higurashi no naku koro ni combined with an extreme version of kimi ga nozomu eien. all i gotta say is that makoto is lulz what a fuckin retard. personally i liked sekai better before everything got crazy, nice and fun personality.

After much delivaration i have got to the conclution that any other ending for this anime would be the wrong one but this ending actualy get’s near to my expectives, everyone has to agree with me that the story of this anime was pretty smoked up just the fact that he had sex with almost every girl in it was more than enough, but actually it’s a nice twist to the clasic types of animes everyone is used to and even though i will never see this anime in my life i will this anime a 10.
i think it was all makoto fault he should have just told katsura they were breaking up the moment he started to like sekai. none of this would have happened if he did that before katsura went crazy. sekai would not have to make up a “youre my baby daddy” story (thought it my personal opinion i dont think she was lying, i think that since katsura went crazy she refused to admit that sekai was having mokoto baby) also i think motoko got what he deserved. i think that mokoto and katsura should have died since sekai went through the most suffering also that wen they were on the roof that sekai would have knocked the knive out of katsura hand and finished katsura off and hopefully sekai would have gotten over her depression as well as mokoto and would be able to be happy without mokoto

I’m so relieved he’s dead but I am sad that Sekai is dead as well, as for Kotonoha it was a bad ending and leaves much to be discussed. This anime is a HUGE exaggeration of reality, sure life can be as bad as this but this is beyond belief.

Now that I brainstorm what as been past: action and reaction in this story was very well choose. It represent how a boy of this age could react if he “lack of control” and what jealousy could do. First love can be really curious some times.

This show kinda reminds me of jerry Springer. it’s like a anime version of Jerry Springer =/ expect at the end, instead of appearing on the show, the girls went psyco and killed instead. This anime is gonna be great if only they took out the sex parts of the anime. But since they added some sex/rape scenes in this anime, in my opinion, the ending was appropriate for this anime. What makoto did is really unforgivable; playing with girls like that is unforgivable. Kotonoha is really the the most pitiful character in this anime, since, all she did was love makoto, then got dumped and raped by taisuke. It’s a good thing that the creators didn’t kill kotonoha since she does not deserve it. ANd i Agree with the people that said Kotonoha is freaking cute,sexy and hOT!
These writers are brilliant assholes. First, they make you feel sorry for Kotonoha, then they flip it and make Sekai the victim. Then there was that dream that damages the purity of the victim’s, Sekai’s, motives. But Kotonoha is delusional, but i cant say more so than Sekai, but I do feel like she was a sane person in an insane world… this anime is fucked up, but i suppose thats what makes it so great, but i feel some regret in ever watching it…. holy fuck. All I can say is, I would have never expected an ending like that. I mean holy fuckin shit!! Cut his head off and put it in a duffle bag!! I could not believe this ending at all. After seeing the first killing i thought i was going to throw up along with each other gory scene. I had to see what others thought about it after watching it, so after reading almost all 229 (i skipped the last few and decided i saw enough opinions) but after reading all the comments it calmed me down. I have some sanity coming back to me now, but i must say. this anime was good no matter how you look at it. sure I’ll say they could have done it differently without so much death. But it makes you think about real life, that you should only be with the one you first love, even if it hurts others, it will only hurt them more later if try something like Makoto. but there should be a warning on this episode like, WATCH AT OWN RISK, THIS WILL NOT HAVE A HAPPY ENDING. or something along those lines because, like most ppl here, i was not mentaly ready to see that ending happen. the first episode never hinted such a thing, just innocent love.
