People here seems disappointed that this anime is too much like the game. But, you know, some people didn’t play the game and it was clear that the anime would be BASED off the game. I think this was for people that hadn’t played Persona 4 and were looking forward to viewing the story as well as people that enjoyed the game and wanted more of the anime cutscenes. So stop bashing it and give it a chance, this is ony episode one :/
I’ve never played the game before, because I can’t manage to find it, and I’ve wanted to play it. This is good, but it seems a bit Pokemonish.
It’s amusing to hear the guy who voices Ulquiorra from Bleach show more emotion, and the girl who plays Charle from Fairy Tail being more cheerful.
to pikyuu, before they uploaded the actual episode for some reason they had literal game-play footage. Maybe it was just place-holder, but they soon uploaded the actual episode. No one is complaining it’s too much like the anime.
I much prefer the english dubbed than japanese dubbed.

Yet again I wonder where this is meant to be set…Gunma? Yamanashi? Nagano?
It’s set in a fictional world, with some references to real life Japan, the “big City” that Souji comes from is referenced of Tokyo, but Yasogami, Inaba, and Tatsumi Port Island from Persona 3 don’t actually exist in real life.
