   Saten’s fragment is control of heat particles. He absorbs the heat around, resulting in low temperature and freezing, when his pumped enough he can release his heat cannon.

   Right. Thought it was also a very predictable twist.
   She’s also a very generic villain in the context. Having a amorous facade while really hating the deadweight she thinks worthless, while at the same time letting the “deadweight” alive for no apparent reason… Seen that shit countless of times. Thought I’d say in this case it’s a step worse, since they’re siblings and she’s only strong because of her fragment, I mean, she wouldn’t be much better off than Cruz if she was just a normal girl right?

    Saten does seem to be some kind of heat pump where he absorbs the heat, which causes the freeze effect, and use the heat as a weapon, also, he seems to be able to uses it in several applications which probably makes it seem that he has more then one fragment power.

    I at first suspected he controlled temperature… Seeing as how you can create great winds and typhoons with varying temperatures in the air. And then I was thinking he reduced the temperature of the Little Boy’s and stuff… but then it was more like absorbed…

    Either way… now we know it’s heat.
