If it’s in theaters it wont be out here for a while but if it’s a TV movie then that is weird, but you never know it may just be because it is a movie and it takes longer to sub than a normal show. Plus it takes longer to do anything with movies than normal shows because they are longer, and DB will have a harder time being able to get them to allow for the sub due to the fact that is a movie.

This is not up for debate…the manga shows that kakashi CAN use RASENGAN…if he didn’t figure it out by himself, he was probably taught the fundamentals by either Jiryia or the 4th Hokage himself

wow ok elitekilla im sorry but your right and your wrong, kakashi the 4th and jiraiya CAN do rasengan BUT that form of the rasengan is only shape manipulation to make the jutsu really complete the 4th intended to add his own nature manipulation but couldnt do it, naruto was the only one who was able to complete it with his nature manipulation of wind. As for how kakashi was able to collide his rasengan with naruto’s is simple, if you look at the picture of it then and the picture of it a few chapters later when he used it on kakuzu of akatsuki, they differ in size immensly, and im willing to bet that because of that difference in size meant it was drastically less powerful than the real deal. I mean come on, you say you read the manga but i barely read it and i got that, yamato even says to kakashi hes not done finishing it when kakashi asked him if naruto had completed the jutsu. nobody thats exactly what i said, the complete version can only be done by Naruto, but the rasengan as everyone was reffering to is able to be done by the 4th, Jman, Naruto and Kakashi. Just because they don’t show kakashi making a big rasengan doesn’t mean he can’t, also Naruto doesn’t really make large rasengans either, he does make the nature manipulation one larger, but thats just about the only one, just because naruto’s first attempt at the complete rasengan was small doesn’t make it less powerful than a rasengan, if you continue to watch you’d see that kakashi even stumbles a little after the collision.

However you must know only Naruto can, and even so he isn’t supposed to use it except for in extreme situations due to the amount of stress it puts on his body ( it puts sharp needle type chakra into his hands that cannot be removed with medical help effectivly.)
Where in the manga does it say that the one Kakashi does isn’t the same exact rasengan we’ve been seeing naruto use until he added the nature manipulation, show me the proof since i’ve obviously more than once shown that he can, also the arguement isn’t whether Kakashi can do the full rasengan, since Naruto is the only one who can do the full rasengan (periond), the rasengan we saw kakashi use is the exact same one as been used by Naruto until pre nature manipulation, you can even see Kakashi use it when he collides it with the incomplete nature manipulated rasengan of naruto’s
Actually the manga says in chapter 321 page nine that kakashi can use rasengan. Also the rasengan that he uses is the same as the 4th, jman and naruto. Because the rasengan was only a jutsu of spatially recomposed used at high levels it was never complete. Thus when naruto added elemental recomposed he created a completely different jutsu. so to sum it all up yes kakashi can use rasengan and yes it is the same as the 4th , jman and naruto

The point was when Kakashi said that it was incomplete, was that the technique the rasengan was incomplete, that the 4th wanted to add his nature manipulation into the rasengan, but couldn’t, that being said makes it the Rasengan that Naruto, Kakashi, The 4th and Jman use incomplete, until that is Naruto was able to add nature manipulation to it and actually complete the technique.

i thought kakashi naruto the 4th and jaraiya did the same rasengan until naruto train with jaraiya and added more power to it makin it the odama rasengan or something that could explain the difference in size and then he train with the nature and created the 50% complete form before it became a forbidden jutsu

it’s become forbidden because when the move hits his target it turns his chakra into like a million little needles that destory the cells in the enemies body or something like that BUT it also destorys the cells in naruto’s arm, and could actually backfire on him killing himself if he finished it to 100%

Funny how the argument stopped of Kakashi being able to do a Rasengan after the Shippuden episode aired of him doing so. He says its incomplete then as it was only developed by the 4th to be added with another element technique, but was never able to do.

GirlSakura: No it didn’t come out in April. That was the DVD for the first movie, this is the second movie. The theatrical release date was August 2, 2008. There is no set release date yet for the DVD, which is what is used when the movies are subbed. Just be patient people. It might take 6 months - 1 year before the DVD is released, like it did with the first movie.

Kakashi isn’t able to use rasengan…he actualy can do the first step of rasengan which cause no damage…rasengan has three steps to be done correctly…and all three steps where able to be done only by Yondaime, Jiraya and Naruto…see the episodes when naruto is learning the rasengan and what rasengan does if you are on the first step…and then read the manga and see Kakashi telling naruto that he wasn’t able to complete rasengan…Oh..and i can’t f***ing wait for the release of the movie…!!!
IT WILL BE SUBBED WHEN THE DVD COMES OUT JUST LIKE THE OTHER NARUTO MOVIES WERE! STOP COMPLAINING ALREADY!!!
Sorry about that. I’m just a bit irritated. When it comes to the Naruto and Bleach movies, Dattebayo, for video quality purposes, only uses the DVD rips for their subbed version. Since the DVD has NOT been released (nor does it have an anounced release date for that matter) it won’t be subbed yet.
I’m betting on April 2009 for the DVD to come out, since when the first NS movie came out, it was released August 4, 2007 in the theaters and April 23, 2008 for the DVD. That’s about 8 1/2 months of wait time, which sounds about right based on the past movie releases of both Naruto and Bleach. (Both series are done by Studio Pierrot and licensed by Aniplex in Japan. So if you want to complain to somebody, try complaining to them.)
