great episode for a filler. I was surprised because fillers are usually very lame and seem to lack good plots. For the lady putting down the boys, just get over it. So what if someone complains. I like this filler so far, better then the last story arc.
What the hell, one thing that might have redeemed this little filler shite was a kick ass battle royal, they set one up, tease us with one and then take it away. That’s so frustrating it’s like an anime equivalent of being blue balled.

Yeah, it’s a filler, but if it gives the story writers enough time to make the main story really good, then I don’t mind. And at least this looks like a well thought out filler, not like those one-episode fillers that didn’t have any story to them (Like the one with Shino and the laughing potion…).

notice how the clip they used to show naruto using thhe rasengan was virtually the only time it hit and it didn’t eeven beat kabuto really. not so gr8 a move now is it.
To reply to Juliana: Naruto is virtually continuous so it is easy to feel like things will move quickly with lots of room for good content. It also feels like a side-note from the good single season animes that may be out at that time. Yet naruto never lives up to its potential and rarely satisfies the audience, so ppl complain. These ppl don’t like naruto right now that much but cos of the reasons above and the fact naruto has so much money poured into it cos of its popularity, there is potential for in the future for naruto to be very entertaining.
This is just how i feel and im only guessing that others might think the same.
