No, seriously or is it just me, are each episode getting slower and slower, with less going on in each one. Take today’s for example, the very slow crawl revealing saske…took an actual minute. I know Naruto is known for this, but it’s getting excessive.
Not to mention sakura is still useless, and should be replaced by Hinata or Ino…while sakura makes us sandwiches.

It is the real beagining of shipuudden, as I read elsewhere? It’s about time, episode 50… Hope it will come with a bit more action and a bit less talkative. Hope the progression will be a bit more faster thent previosly. I know it stick with the manga, but it’s kind of slow since… 20 episodes…. and I don’t talk about the 100 fillers ones on the firsts naruto’s seasons.
Anyways, it’s a really good manga, it could just get even better with a gaster progression: 2 chapter per episode or sometime like that.

I just hope that the episode people will stop putting in fillers and just progress the way the manga takes it, itll be faster and with more fight scenes, not dull dialogue. Now knowing the way the manga goes, itll be a while, Naruto still has to train with Yamato and Jaraiya, plus they face those two guys.(that will be a good part). 2 episodes per week would be great. at the rate they are going, they will never…ever..ever…catch up to the manga(not like they are….)

Ok a lot of the things that are drawn out are meant to be that way. In the manga it might take you a second to look at the panel but the animators and director drew those one-quick-glance panels out for dramatic purposes. If you have enough time to complain you have enough time to watch…

I’m glad I got a heads up on the lame slow motion in this 2 epi “special”. Wasn’t anything really special about it, and I could care less about the damn secret letter they pop up in between the shows. Ive got to say it!!! naruto episodes are getting to lame… most of this special is all about flashbacks and inner thoughts/spacing out, theyre like
1-2% action. All these flashbacks are about season 1, if i wanted to see season 1 i would go back to watch it. To tell it just gets boring fron here on, well until 10-12 episodes more till SHIKAMARU fights *cheers* then another boring wait 20-23 episodes till Hebi/Sasuke fight with Itachi… Bleach beats naruto hands down *cheers for espada*
It would be so much better if shikamaru took on the role of sasuke!! well it should be like that, since naruto and shikamaru were friends before sasuke and naruto were placed in the same squad. I like this one. A bit more action wouldn’t hurt, but it was great. We seem to progress in the plot line. If the were giving this kind of special as a regular episode, I would stop complaining about the slow motion of this anime.

They probably could of made this into just one episode if they left out all the flashbacks and the stuff they repeated for the past episode. The episode was alright but it’s pretty much what was seen in the small preview of the first shippuuden episode just like what maybe 10-15 extra minutes of new material. Fillers I can live with because it’s something new but flashbacks are uncalled for. They reaaly do need to add more to they episodes then what they are doing now. I can see that they don’t want to go to fast with the episodes but they can at least just make some stuff up then to just talk about stuff we already know(for those who actually watch and remember it.)

Yes this episodes were a disappointment and the next one will be too but after that i think that you should start to get a lot more action with two new akatski(dont know how to spell it) and then after that more interesting battles with tragic ends, ofcourse it might take years to get there at the rate the series is going

Without joking, I was enjoying more Pokemon then Naruto since the fillers episodes. It’s starting to get intersting but, like somone said earlier, they need to higher the level if they don’t want to lose audiences from Bleach/D-grey and other very good one.
By the way, fillers episodes are usually not to bad, but naruto’s ones are really annoying: Take bleach for exemple, filler make sence with the rest of the manga. Naruto have very few link between them and the original plot (maybe 3 or 4 episode make sence out of a 100)
It doesn’t take away the good point of Naruto, it’s a great anime with a lot of potential, but it’s to commercial, they want to last too long and it’s dilute the entertainment, if you understant what I want to say.

If he keeps getting pissed off everytime he fights and brings out the nine-tails whilst being unable to control he will die. And for those of you who think that the talking is stupid and they should fight more…YOU MISSING THE POINT! Listen to what their saying, these conversations help to emerse you into the story, to get across their feelings and thoughts in a detailed and exact manner. Naruto is not an anime for those “action-lovers” So if the talking pisses you off, then find another anime to watch, there are plenty of them out there.

I read some comments earlier about the nine-tailed fox inside of Naruto being destroyed. That incorrect, Sasuke has the ability now to suppress the nine-tailed fox’s chakra making naruto unable to use it. No he has no choice, for the time being, but to get better on his own, without the fox’s help. Just as Kakashi’s replacement told him while they were in the forest.
And about Sakura getting in the way. i feel that she was better equipped to fight Sasuke head on than the Kakashi’s replacement. He jumped in the way and tried to block an unblockable weapon, being part of ANBU he should have been able to determine that as Sai was when he defended Naruto the first time. Sakura wouldn’t have tried to block the sword as she have no weapon out, she would have dodged, the I don’t believe she would have succeeded in even touching him. There most likely would have been no stabbing involved.
ok this might seem obsered at first but try to remember, naruto has NEVER been able to take out an oppenent without using his demon fox or the help of an ally, Naruto vs Neji (demon fox), Naruto vs Garra (Demon fox+toad help), Naruto vs Sasuke (demon fox+he lost)

Naruto vs Akutski memeber (Help from kakashi+shikamaru) it seems that the only part naruto fairly fights someone and win is when he fought against kiba+akamaru in the chunin exams. He is no match for Sasuke, since he won the fight against his brother, and he didnt even fight at his max (curse mark) so there is no possible way that Naruto can ever run a fight with Sasuke… I say they should bring another charecter into the mix, since the last one is a pale/possibly gay male who keeps talking about his feelings… (is he a chick or something?)

Naruto Shippuuden maybe drawn out but I am still hooked on and drawn into the characters. I admit to even watching the Raw versions when they come out because I can’t wait to see what happens the next day when the sub titles come out.
Don’t get so upset or insulting when this is just a show. Now, use some logic as well. Naruto had just passed out from the Kiyubi taking over his body not too long before he had confronted Sasuke. Sakura and Naruto both are in complete and utter shock from the betrayal of their former team mate.
Now, Sasuke would not even be as tough as he is now if not for the medical experiments that Orichimaru had done and probably enhanced Sasuske’s ability’s 1,000 times fold.
Naruto is and always was an idiot of sorts but he’s a lovable character and I’m very addicted to this show. Try to take into the context that this is a show from a whole other culture.
