    I totally agree… these filler crap eps are filled with bullshit I haven’t watched a single filler episode… only skimmed through them.. just watching a filler episode makes me sick… I really love the naruto story line but these filler craps just plain ruins the show…

    fillers are like re-painting the mona lisa.. ITS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    Its easy to just enjoy combat scenes, but without plot fillers who cares if anyone dies or not. An anime with nonstop combat ends after a season or two, in part because of cost to produce scenes and a lack of repeat value; whereas naruto has survived because it combines plot with action.

    Bleach learned this the hard way as the nonstop action approach resulted in the anime catching up with the manga, and now they have tried to slow things down by making massive episode recaps.

    Whether or not you understand my argument, the point is the plot fillers are necessary and a hell of a lot better than episode recaps.

    Seriously wtf is up with that, what a complete waste of my time. We should boycott all naruto episodes until they come up with something actually interesting and related to the manga that isnt dragged out for 2 months.

    to all of those people that keep complaining that Naruto is getting boring do not understand the true purpose of filler arcs. If you even read the manga you would know that the series is not really that far behind the managa just like bleach that series is headed for one hell of a filler arc if the managa doesn’t end soon which I believe it will. But Back to Naruto this filler arc isn’t half as bad as some of them have been. Just know once they get back on track with the story all hell is going to break lose and its going to be some seriously EPIC!!! fights to come

    there are plenty of angles in the manga to use for fillers in the animated series. They drift far off track instead of reinforceing the original story line. My bet is the majority of fans just want narutos face on there screen due to age. The anime can compansate so the manga can stay on course. One things for sure, there will be a massive archive when all is said and done……………enjoy it while its still fresh!

    Yes this filler is interesting. It fills you in on what the Snake would probably do before MAdara and Diedara get to the three tails. Hell if I was an evil bastage like snake I would do the same. And to tell you the truth that episode in the manga SUCKED balls. Atleast we get to see other people.

    Also those who dont know anything about fillers should stfu. They are used so the anime isnt rushed.

    anyone know when the nex ep is coming it feels like i’ve been waiting for two weeks dammmit (prob only one). And another thing, I’ve been re-watching the original naruto series, and I think shippuden owes us long time fans a bit more, if it does’nt really start to kick ass soon I’m going to have to stop, every week I watch it I hope theres going to be something as engaging as the chunin exams even! And every week I’m let down, the only reason people still watch this is because they remember how good the original series was, THEY NEED TO START LIVING UP TO THIER NAME!
