This is one of the best anime I’ve seen in a very long time. I think it’s even better then Bleach and very on par with Naruto. I hope that post from “Kenichi Anime Artist” is really from the creator/artist of the show and not just somebody posting it up to put our hopes up. Can’t wait for the next season.

IM pretty sure theres gonna be a second season since kenichi hasnt fully mastered martial arts and also… kensei is part of an elite group called YOMI and apparently this is part of the upcoming stroy line…

wtf? is this really the final episode, that sucks but the serie is just great, i was joping that kenichi will be able to bet his masters at least be able to touch them, and who the heck is going to beat the bad master? he suppose to be the next enemy right. i thought that kenichi will be able to get at master level and fight next to his masters, they need to make a second part of this serie because it rocks, with funny escenes, big boobs and fighting this is great.

there could be another season, and there really should be because this is the worst ending ever, but just like in shakugan no shana and one peice, where they didn’t make new episodes for a while and then a whole new season comes out and one peice is at 360+ episodes. seeing as how kenichi has only finished heiring recently there should most deffinetly be a new season but it will probably let everyone down seeing as how the first 50 episodes were spectacular the next season will probably suck and they will most likely end it there

Humm, Most people don’t understand that this is the last ep. of the season. Why?!? Cuz in this season, Kenichi tries to take down Ragnorak, which in turn became more then taking down. Instead now this season is transitioning to another season by of course the battle of the disiples. Ogata’s Disciple VS Ryouzanpaku’s Disciple. Soo this is the end of Ragnorak and the end of the first season. The second season is left with many openings. Like more training for Kenichi, Ryouzanpaku against different insanely powerful dojo’s. Just saying that this season IS OVER!!! And OGATA was teaching Odin how to fight Dou style. And if you watched the previous Ep then you would understand what Dou and Sei is. (Ep where Ogata asked Kenichi to be his Disciple.) Oh i read above also. Ogata could have been Ryouzanpaku’s first greatest disciple, but the other masters saw that he was a Dou fighter, so Elder banished him from the Dojo. Now Ogata thinks his way of fighting is the best and strongest. So he teaches others trying to make his own…. Army as you can say. To rule with power. Meh sounds like Dou. Kenich is all Sei fighter. Sei fighters get their strength from protecting others. Dou gets their from wanting more power.

there most likely will be a 2nd season…. i hope :-p. i don’t think this is better than bleach, or naruto, but i think it’s good, and i can’t wait to see what happens in the 2nd season (if there is one). also, ‘kenichi anime artisit’, who would actualy believe you’re an artist from kenichi, i mean seriously, it’s about as believable as a “post this or die” bulletin on myspace…..

OK here´s the deal, THIS IS THE BEST ANIME EVER. that is final. It is not up to debate. Naruto is becoming a 2nd DBZ and it sucks, even tough the series showed a lot of promise in the early stages.
Now about there being more episodes of HSD kenichi, at the date I’m writing this post there are no official word about it, there are however a lot of speculation about a couple of ova’s. One thing I can tell you is that the story goes on. The manga has currently 27 volumes and the anime stops at volume 16.
My best GUESS is that there will at least one OVA ending the loose ends the anime left.
I have a feeling the creator is going to make Miu and Kenichi progress in their relationship, and fighting too. But there will be more lovey dovey shit between them in the next season.

Also, there is at least 2 more arcs after the “Ragnarok” arc in the manga,so I wouldnt be suprised if another “season” would come out.
Also, the anime left so many things undone. So not making a continued season would be stupid. Perhaps around end of 2008 or
in the middle of 2009 will the be a new season?

Its already been a long time and I doubt they are gonna make a second season even through the manga still goes on. Also I like how this show doesn’t make any fillers and follows the manga perfectly.
I’m pretty sure they stopped making the anime all together but i mean if you really want to keep going with kenichi just read the manga. It continues on chapter 144 and is right now on chapter 330. After the whole ragnarok thing you learn about yomi vs ryouzampaku and shinpaku vs yami.
