Holy Shit…Ikki Tousen season 3…Damn!!!….I know about the story line….They were part of history of this chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms and it’s said to be repeated again in their generation but one girl named Sonsaku Hakufu can change the history then blah blah blah….but eh, I don’t care about that cuz I only watch the hot girls fighting against each other and every punch rip their clothes and this is almost Hentai since there was few sex scenes…

What a ridiculous load of shit. I’m all for gratuitous nudity every once in a while, but come the fuck on. This show is analogous to going to a strip club. You can look but you can’t do anything else. If you’re going to go this far, adding the back-breaking tits, the pantie shots and the nude flashes, why not just write a porno and call it what the fuck it is.
I can’t even guess at the maturity level of the writers because this is too stupid for just about anybody to have come up with.

I will not complain about the breasts and panties being exposed so much but honestly… this anime has no real point. I thought maybe another good anime but not so much… many more beter animes that I could still watch so this will be the first and only time I ever watch this one.

best thing to do is watch the 1st and 2nd season…

I LOVE IKKITOUSEN… Although I like the English voice overs better… its more funny. And seroiusly, its a good anime for fans of the ROTK. For everyone that hates because it has fan service, and if your a guy, your obviously gay. Fan Service kicks ass!

I just finished watching Ikkitosen and Ikkitosen Dragon Destiny and i think its great, i guess you could call it hentai because there were sex scenes but you dont really see anything so its not at the same time. The story line has been reset and there are more caracters so if you see a character who was dead by suicide walking around the reason is in my little paragraph.

There is plot, but to actually understand the plot you would have to have watched the first two seasons. I agree wholeheartedly that this series has far too much ecchi in it, to the point of being sickening, but there is indeed a plotline, and there is character development.
The main reason I watch this anime is for the characters (Ryomou in particular, she’s awesome), but there are plenty of people who dismiss this anime as meaningless tripe because of the multitude of panty/breast shots, without giving it a real chance.
Please, if you’re going to diss this anime, sit and watch the first two seasons before complaining about how stupid and pointless the anime is at the first episode of the THIRD season.

I really don’t see how much people hate this show. Soundtrack is great, the storyline is based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the characters are great, especially the Seito girls-they’re hilarious. The ecchi is an add-on, basically. The anime would be awesome without it, but it’s awesome WITH it. If you don’t like Season 3, watch season 2. Season 1 was kind of sucky if you ask me, but I watched it dubbed, so it kinda ruined that for me. Dragon Destiny was a bit darker than this series, as this one is a little more comedy oriented. And finally- It has Chou’Un Shiryuu (Shi-san) in it. Look at her, she’s gorgeous! Eyes closed, silver hair. She’s relaxed, too. No matter what, she never gets especially angry.
i think that this is indeed a good show, you just couldn’t realize it because of the nude scenes.. Honestly.. complaining about partial female nudity? i bet that you wouldn’t be complaining if it was partial male nudity xD

Chillax struck the mark right in the center. Sure this show may have an excess in fan service but I’ll take this over the tragic, mindless, gore-fests some of these self-proclaimed ‘critics’ would probably have us watch to draw more fans to their own minuscule fandoms.
If you really like to call yourselves anime connoisseurs then you’d know how to spot good qualities and quit focusing on only the bad. Other than that, you’re nothing but a disgrace and a poor excuse of an otaku.
The show has a point. It’s just that they keep adding dumb scenes every second you forget. Not even the 1st one had this much crap in it. Dragon Destiny basically had none. I’m depressed. I liked the way they fought in ikkitousen that’s why I watched it in the first place. I tried to ignore the nasty scenes and keep the real point of the show in mind, but ended up just being disgusted anyway in the end. I watched Dragon Destiny and that was more pure than the 1st season. This one it’s like they went from bad(ikkitousen) to fine(dragon destiny) and then worse with great guardians. I figured since dragon destiny wasn’t all nasty like ikkitousen that great guardians would be close to perfect then, but now it went to the 1st and added even more nastys. =( The girl with the long blue/black hair didn’t even seem gay in dragon destiny. It just seemed like she was more like “aw my little sister” instead in here they turn it into something stupid. It’s like they just changed the characters to be more nasty. The script isn’t even matching with how the characters were. Ikkitousen had some stupidness here and there, but the plot was still good, inheriting powers from ancient warriors. I might watch another episode and hope they tune the crap down, but if not I guess I won’t be watching the rest. =( This is really disappointing…
