I’m just glad she isn’t dead =) I’m content with the ending. Thank you so much for the upload and the subs I really appreciate it the effort you put into this site.

  17. Phil replied, Comment #24484

Thats messed up lol… she got ran over by the train, and then years later Otoha convinced the spirits to bring her back :O. Wonder what the towns people woulda said when they saw her lol.

  18. Sputnik replied, Comment #24485

YES!!! The old fart is no more; justice is served. Talk about a deja vu; Hayami died the the same way that Hirose’s mother died (or did she). I’m pretty sure there is a lesson here but I’m not sure wat it is. Otoa is back for spirit world as a human this time.

  19. hawk replied, Comment #24486

WTH is going on didnt understad it at all. This series was a total waste of time. Just to make the ending satisfying they messed up the whole plot. Can’t tell the tail from the head. DId Hayami die? If she did then how come she is back? Wat is otoha doing coming back all of a sudden? Seems to me hirose is the favorite of some god who will bring back whoever he is close to back from the dead.. basically the story sucks!!!!

  20. xoxsoccer replied, Comment #24491

i’m sad this ended this show was a roller coaster of emotion becuase it was always happy sad happy sad cute sad happy….. also grown up hirose is kinda smexy

  21. francis replied, Comment #24494

I really liked this anime, I was really sad when she suddenly died but really happy when they brought her back, it really was a roller coaster of emotion hope they make a second one

  22. HavocOrder0999 replied, Comment #24495

Great anime, had a nice end to it

  23. legacylegend replied, Comment #24517

Hayami-chan is actually dead, juz the spirit is for Hirose because his uncle ’say will she be happy’.
    But what with Otoha-chan?

  24. Javilink replied, Comment #24526

Maybe Otoha-chan meant by making Hirose see permanently, and Hirose was surprising seeing Hayami-chan after the windmill was done, and she probably didn’t die by the train.

  25. ddv replied, Comment #24532

i don’t get it if she did die then who is the mother of the baby and i don’t get it if otoha said i had to convince the elders or w.e take care of her this time that must mean she did die and then who the hell is the baby from and who is that woman i don’t get it omg f*ck this sh*t…

  26. Talis replied, Comment #24538

all series’ under 20+ eps will end up not making sense and annoying the hell out of me

    sept hellsing

    sept elfen leid

    the rest suck

  27. Lunatic replied, Comment #24539

Damn! The girl dies and he still gets her in the end! So let me get this straight. He loses his sight because he can’t accept the fact that his mother died, he dreams up some fairy tale of being able to see, next he’s acting like a 5 year old, then when he sees Hayame die and realizes his mother didn’t commit suicide, he can see again. So, he made up all that hoo ha about Otaha? Or was she real?

  28. Fan replied, Comment #24546

    This Sucks
    Terrible serie ò.ó.

  29. Mrs.LAdy12 replied, Comment #24557

    idk about the ending………
    but takuma is sexii older!

  30. Cloud-Kun replied, Comment #24560

*Regarding SOME of the comments above…*
    1) -The Baby the women (maki) has is Hamaji’s (ya know.. the cross dressed dude in the dark maid outfit that looks like a girl.. which i think is really creepy) Thats why in the episode the girl said it looked like him and then he sneezed (a common japanese saying that when u sneeze someone is really talkin about u somwhere).
    2) Pretty much Hayami died.. like Hirose’s mother did, he accepted his mothers death, can see and now hes grown and Otoha the spirit girl convinced the Council to bring back Hayami-chan back to life. In Simpler terms : Girl Died, Girl gets Ressurected… (gee wouldnt life be great if it were like that? =/)
    3) lol if the Towns people saw her.. they’d be like.. OMGWTF!? Ahh! Ghost!! *runs away*
    4) This Anime was pretty good in my opinion,
-if u didnt like it.. it really doesnt matter lol just refrain from bad comments plz.. like we care -_-”.

  31. Rain-chan replied, Comment #24566

haha yeah this wasnt a bad ending, unlike a lot of endings I have seen/watched where they leave a lot of loose ends! So sad when gatamo died, I even cried but happy when she was alive again, yay!

  32. Fan replied, Comment #24574

    Refrain from bad comments?????????????? :S

    looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

  33. garaa replied, Comment #24584

    SHE RISES FROM THE DEAD!
    What the fuck.
It was a good bitter-sweet ending until they screwed it up at the very last moment.

btw, didnt it show hirose’s kid just a few minutes before?

  34. Gingin ^^ replied, Comment #24594

me thinks she either rose from the dead…or wasn’t actually dead in the first place, just on the other track…then again she said something about the spirit world bringing her back…what a confusing place that village must be, this guy’s able to see and be blind but then it seems like he was one or the other all along…people rising from the dead, no one seems that bothered?………………………………….otoha, is probably not a human, since she recognised takuma, but maybe it was the spirit world calling her back?
i do know that the baby maki has IS hamaji’s…

  35. Animeniac replied, Comment #24622

yayy i was sad she died but then she came back to life woot. (: good animee

  36. Ruuku replied, Comment #24642

    That ending was Greeaat xD

  37. Reaper549 replied, Comment #24673

i thought it was boring for the first 6-7 episodes then it started to get abit more… intresting. The Emotions were all over the place though and i got a little confused, did Hayami-chan die then Get rezzurected or did she just go into hiding? cos i saw her on a diffrent track from the train but i got the impression she was dead. >.

  38. Reaper549 replied, Comment #24674

    >.

  39. PartOfIt replied, Comment #24683

-it would have been far better if she didn’t die, just on another track as many of us understood, TOTALLY possilble, nothing would have changed for the following years. It is far TOO useless i think to make her die and resurrect… anyway, that’s there choice of ending, i liked the whole anime exept this
-Hamaji is seen in the MEN baths, with Takuma, in the episode in which they all go to the sea (and we first see Hamaji’s little sister) etc… (around episode 4 maybe?)(we understand there hamaji is in fact a boy) (CLOUD-KUN THANKS, I didn’t knew that sneez thing)
-Otoha seems to have been granted a second life too, reborn simply as she was, BUT keeping her memories OR simply having been granted “spirit talikng” when she met Hirose (she IS a real girl because someone is calling her OR she is helping a new persone like she did with Hirose (remember the first episode with the wild boar and Takuma)

  40. PartOfIt replied, Comment #24684

PS: (and then that means she is still a Spirit)

  41. simplechild replied, Comment #25027

I felt that some parts were a bit stretched, unexplainable, and unfinished. I started to feel my interest diminishing in this anime ever since Takuma started to become blind again and nothing has changed that. It was a good anime nonetheless.

  42. alak replied, Comment #29769

good story good ending, could hav been better but was still pretty good

  43. Shakree replied, Comment #30841

Hayami was killed, but Otoha managed to convince the Spirit commitee to put Hayami back to be with Takuma. And the reason it was so hard to understand was because of the fact that they missed episode 11 - they’ve just posted episode 12 twice.

But I really enjoyed this anime. I just wish it lasted longer!

  44. Sunny replied, Comment #34971

Who is the baby’s mother ???

  45. tiggersgirl replied, Comment #37447

OMG, the ending was so sad, but it did catch me by suprise when Hayami came back. So, I was glad and wow Takuma is all sexie when he grew up!! (I’m glad he finally got Hayami)

  46. supfool replied, Comment #43194

ummm what are the chances of your mom getting hit by a train….then your girlfriend geting hit by a train…

  48. J replied, Comment #49054

good anime. watching anime like this is unlike watching action or exciting animes, to understand you cannot just rely on the words they say, there are usually deeper things than just words. all in all, i think this is a fantastic anime. it talks about life too and how you view it. japan sure make some good animes.
