Anew IS a traitor. She delibrately sent the information to the Innovaters about the location of the Ptoleimy Base earlier in the series and is sending information now. Her name is used by the inovaters throughout the series… I know it sucks for Lockon… he will be hurt when he finds out…she was such a nice girl…
I hope Soma-, Marie will come to her sences soon…

Anyone else note that Setsuna feels some of the transmition? Earlier in the episode they were saying that something strange was happening to Setsuna due to the shoulder wound and excessive GN particles.
Louise, who does not realise she is an innovator, was seriously injured by a direct hit of GN particles. This leads me to believe that GN particles have something to do with becoming an innovator.
Note that Soma/Marie can also feel the transmision. Perhaps GN particles are part of creating Super Soldiers? Assuming this theory, coupled with the fact that we know humans can ascend to Innovators, it is likely that Setsuna is becoming an Innovator (much like Louise) and Soma/Marie and Alleluja are some sort of psuedo Innovators.
Just a theory though =P
Both Louise and Setsuna are not Innovators. However I believe what is affecting them has to be Louise’s medical treatment, and Setsuna’s wound.

Strike Freedom; The Throne Girl does not want to be an innovator, she simply worked for them. Wiang Lu Ming (the chinese girl >.>) may have wanted to become one, though now both her and, err, the Throne chick seem to be sliding back over to Celestial Being’s side.

If you guys noticed in S1. Needa had access to Veda even when her brothers were alive. So maybe she is an innovator. And not any normal human could access Veda, that has been stated in the first season.

I believe anew is being controlled by innovators and setsuna is turning into a innovator.. next episode when wang lui mei give the location of VEDA to me setsuna will prove his use.
Understand that one cannot become an Innovator. It is neither a status nor an occupation. Innovator is a genetically improved clones of humans. So when Ribbons offered them to become Innovator, he was lying from the start.

Anew is not a traitor and her love for Lyle is true. She appears to have part of her memory as an Innovator erased or corrupted; just like a computer. The Innovators figured out the location of the Celestial Being’s headquarter because, just like computers, Innovators can detect fellow innovators coordinates. That is where Anew showed the first sign of being an innovator, because the Innovators tapped in to her system. You should look at the ending and pay attention to details.
