This episode reminded me a bit of Kira Yamato’s rebuilt Gundam in GSD, and how it was well beyond the capabilities of all the other suite even up until the end.
As for the production of new suits. Libonz has had acces for 4 years, and he leaks that shi* to everyone. Not to mentio Renpo has been developing (hence A-LAWS) and Celetial Beign realy has just been in hiding for so long. It’s no wonder that they’d be assed out for now with the enemy.
However, the 0-rise and Gundamm 00 system were already things mention earlier in the series. So it’s not a DBZ thing where one side powers up and the next sid elooks for more. In this case most of this reasearch has been well underway for a long time. 300% output is freain ridiculous though. And who was the pilot of the new suit that did NOT have a mask?
