lmao yea man the new freakin movie seems another crappy Hollywood attempt to remake something to appeal to a more modern fan base of people mean while actually ultimately ruining what made dragon ball great…if I got this right….Goku isn’t even an alien in the new movie….right? On a sidenote…aside from the fact that I realized that new movie is completely unrelated to the db series and the trailer of the movie does not satisfy me…I did realize that they made goku emo….but my god it’s freakin true!!! WTF? Goku never questioned about saving the world…correct me if I am wrong…but if I remember goku correctly then he was the kind of guy that when the odds were against him he was even more determined especially when he was younger. God damn when he was younger he was so stupid that he didn’t know when he should be sad! lmao And how the hell did they put Goku in highschool? Goku should be a wanderer! Lmao Goku had no reason to get an education, he lived off of hunting huge dinosaurs or what ever. It wasn’t until he met Bulma that he started eating like a civilized person. What was it that he brought to Bulma as food? I forgot. And damn it…the db series was also known for it’s comedy I am certain. You know honestly now that I am thinking about it…there’s a lot of things I could say that bash on the movie. I’ll just have to watch the movie assuming that it is not db what’s so ever and hope that besides that factor…it is actually good!!! -_- Really ever since I have seen the trailer I have not been caring about it’s release date and have no paying attention to how much time is left till it is released.

But I laugh so hard if this movie does good and all of you like it. Personally I think most of y’all are to picky. When I first heard about this, I knew they wasn’t going to follow the anime that much, but IF IT DOES NOT FOLLOWING THE ANIME DOES NOT MAKE IT A CRAPPY MOVIE. It’s someone else’s adaptation of the series so you will know it won’t be like the anime. I really think y’all are acting like children. Wait for the movie to come out then make your final verdict. Love this video, I Can’t understand why alot of people are trying to defend this movie saying “well, of course it’s not going to be EXACTLLY like the anime” it’s not even close. The closest thing is has to the anime is the names. All the settings, Charector Diologue and even the history/story is completely different.
Things in Common to the anime:
The Dragon Balls (Being in it, but made completely different), The enemy is Piccolo, The main Charector is Goku, Most of the charectors are “In” it. Everything else is totally off, it’s as one of the other posters said.. they are just using the names.
Although another poster is right, depending on my budget at the time, and if I have nothing better to do I will go see the movie, just to try and comprehend it (or better yet, wait for someone to slap it on the internet for free).
I can’t believe they’re making a second.. but they did decided on 3 movies from the begining, it wasn’t like “Hey guys, our crappy movie is going to lure a bunch of pissed off fanboys that are going to Critique our movie. This is working even better then making a good movie! MONNEYYYYY! Lets go ahead with that second movie, A new bussiness model for hollywood based on Fail and pissed off fanboys! Monnnneeyyy”
But ya, Disappointed at the turn out, but really.. not that suprised. North American Cartoons cannot compete with Japanese anime.

If there’s anyone here who have went to see the Street Fighter Legend Of Chun Li movie, I bet my dick and my balls on the line that what happened to my beloved street fighter will be the same scenario with Dragonball.
The Street Fighter Legend of Chun Li was terribly disobedient to the Street Fighter storyline. Heck, I still liked the movie. Why? Because as a fan (and perhaps cuz I was high) everything that I saw that was too cheesy made it extremely funny. Balrog doesnt throw a single punch in the whole movie, and M.Bison dies. LMAO, it was jokes.
If the dragonball movie turns out as ridiculously off-storyline but outrageously badly made that it basically turns into a comedy for fans, then I will probably still like the Dragonball movie despite the lameness. I will like it because it sucks, contradictory and hypocritical yes, but makes sense.
Its like that dumb final fantasy movie they made. The story line was compeletly diffrent from what it was usally like. All it had was just the title final fantasy. The movie was call Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. It fail at box office hard.
i think the movie will be nice in its own way thought if u compare how it should be looking like the anime to what it is yes you can pretty much say its sucks period!
