OMG!! I loved this show. One of my all time favorites! I love that Meroko turned into an angel, that Izumi isn’t so bad, that Mitsuki’s grandma isn’t so cold hearted, and that Takuto and Mitsuki can be together forever now!!!! This ending doesn’t make you want to see eichi any more which is a good thing. For those of you who are confused, Takuto did remember in the end. When Mitsuki was saying Meroko’s name over and over the camera did that zoom thing to show his suprised face as he remembered everything. YYAAAAAAAAYYY! I loved it! I cried a lot too during the entire series.

yo dis episode left me in tears. now thoes 2 can b 2gether. Wow… just wow… I am still teared up over here. This was so amazing. I randomly chose this Anime to watch and I can’t believe how happy I am that I did. I too wish that there was a follow up story line. Like a whole series to follow it up lol. I really want to know what happens to those two. Also does she come back as Full Moon later when she hits that age again or what!? Man they could do some much with an after story like Clannad or something. Oh well… guess I have to use my imagination. If you are looking at these to see if it’s worth watching… trust me… this story will have you crying a lot and will make you feel so amazing. I already am changing my background with a pic from this show lol. Also I love the songs that she sings. They are so beautiful and meaningful. Well until next Anime. Bye-Bye

Cried so much the past few episodes. This just took the cake. I’ll have to read the manga version now since I guess it gives you more background and info… but cripes, that was beautiful.
Also: I think his eyes lighted up in realization and they DO live happily ever after. I just wish Meroko could’ve been with Izumi in the end… but maybe it’s better this way that he learns and she gets a better fate.

shrug, all good and well but he’s like 25ish and she’s 13, bit of a noticable age gap now that he isn’t a shinigami. kudos to meroko, being punished for defying a job that is a punishment nets a badass reward.
i love it, and i cried at the part where she woke up from surgery . i think there should a second season where meroko,mitsuki, and takuto meet each again and stuff
