what in the hell did they do to the voice actors, they messed it all up

Hmmmm….its kinda like a back story, or a filler episode that accually has something to do with the main story. Not to bad, a lot better then anything the Naruto fillers could ever think up.
This is a second take at the original story probaly alot shorter. Maybe with the rules of the game intact this time. I am glad to see 1 game one eppy this time
i thought it’s a new ova and the continuation of the anime..this ova is not new..i think it was released in 2004..the game happened after the interviews for the new members and before the tokyo tower test..it just showed how hiruma was able to use the tokyo tower..i’m really looking forward for the continuation of the anime..i’m reading the manga and it’s getting really exciting..

the voice over is really annoying, it doesnt fit hiruma and i swear i know that voice from a different anime
hiruma’s voice in this ova is miki shinichiro..he is also the voice of bak chan in d gray man, and lockon stratos in gundam 00
Its a OVA.A ova is a min-episode of a show and can replace the normal vice people to a diffrent voice people for that only.
