Enjoy the movie man, I haven’t seen it but im looking forward to it so dont kill it for ppl that woyld actually enjoy it unlike you who dont even know the history of the anime, only cuz u have seen the anime doesn’t mean that you know how it should or shouldn’t be. i was happy when the first movie came out, and now im happy for this one.

I don’t about everyone else, but Goku should Asian and in his teens. I realize that most fan-fiction writers who insert themselves into their A/U stories are the age/race of the lead in this movie. The “White guy goes to Asia” story-line has been beaten to death

The only awards I hope they will win are the razzies!!! What did they do with that 100 milion to make that shit movie? 10 milion for a kamehameha or something?
One of the wicked thing in dragon ball was that goku never had to learn the kamehameha, so why the fuck does he have to learn it by stupid candles! kamehameha is to blow things up! Not to blow out candles!!!
First of all I don’t agree with Goku having to be Asian, since hes a Saiyan and no1 says Saiyans are Japanese.
Now that that is cleared, I do agree that the movie looks horrific, there is absolutely no resemblance to the Dragonball series as it should, if you might take note in the trailer that they actually TRIED to make that guys hair looks like Goku via gelling…but I mean…it looks like shit
Also they couldn’t have done the most simple thing of at least shaving Roshi’s head, make him a turtle hermit like he is, or even give him sunglasses.
Thinking back though, the story change is ok since trying to wrap up, or bringing to life what the anime series already entail is on the boring side.
But a couple of more comments, at least make Goku do the Kamehameha with 2 hands…I mean…not that hard common.
