    This is actually the last episode. Bit of a magical fantasy element. Basically, and magically he went back in time to when Nagisa died, but she did not die.
    The last scene was when Ushio was waking up and the voice you heard was Nagisa say it is time to go home. And Ushio says mama. Some how with a fantasy element all three are alive and living happily together.

    Is this some sort of recap episode or something? What a ****ing waste of air time!? It’s beyond me to think why they dont do another episode worthwhile for example, expand on one of the many paths avaliable in the game?

    Well, this is the denouement of the story intended for people who didn’t get it…anyways, a great story, loved it, the different arcs are somewhat badly integrated with each other, but overall great.

    I don’t think there is going to be a clannad third season. Since it said “fin” in the end.
    But, who knows? Maybe they are going to do a tomoyo After anime.

    Nah if you remember in Clannad (The original story not after story) at the end gave an introduction or trailer of there being an after story. Thats it folks.. Beautiful anime that actually put a pissed off looking dude like me to tears is over =(..

    if no one heard or read their was another manga released i think it follows the path of where nagisa dies not sure just heard about it but it involves tomoya and tomoyo and their involved romantically they also released a PSP version as well might be something to look into if you guys love the series

    I see as it not just being a fantasy element but a whole different reality showing how love can overcome even fate

    CLannad Is a very unique a good story. It might be because it was originally a game with paths made by many people. But it introduces life in a realistic way. Although they added the light orb fantasy, the story is very realistic compared to the other anime. Because action anime is plain fantasy, and Ecchi and comedy anime may not always be fake, but thats never gonna happen in real life. Like for instance though “To-Love-Ru” Isn’t the best example, even if it was an accident, harrassing a girl won’t get the girl to like you, or will you take that approach. You will most likely get suspensions, expulsions, or get jailed. Overall this is a unique anime worthy of high praise. But I wish they added all parts of the story, because Kappai’s story was pretty hilarious! But still it’s very good. I prefer this game/anime then the other key games, but I can’t wait for the new KEY project to be finished!

    Best anime ever! normally I listen violent one or comedy… But I though… I should give it a try since I dont have many left to listen…. WHAT WAS I DOING ALL THIS TIME! THIS IS THE BEST ANIME EVER! especially episode 18… First time I cryed before a screen! Just thinking about it made me come in tears! Right now I’m listening to the Intro complete version!

    Sad this anime is over… But a third season wouldn’t bring any good I think, because it wouldn’t come up as good as this one. so sad

    Alienlord5 their ws one an extra chapter in the manga/game of clannad that had a another side story of where tomoya and tomoyo become somewhat like lovers (cant read japanese and i dont think anyone translated it) though im not entirely sure

    i’ll do some hunting to see if i can find info but im not sure they will add that though its possible

    they gave us the best ending and the good ending their was no bad ending ^_^

    its official its theirs gonna be one more epsiode thats coming out on the DVD its kyou Arc called Another World Kyou Arc i believe i looked it up earlier

    its focusing on Tomoya and her (though i wished it was Kotomi and Tomoyo instead lol)

    apparently it IS gonna be Tomoyo though i read another link saying it was Kyou but in any event their will be more episodes one for tomoyo and possibly their could be one for kyou who know maybe we will get one for each girl if we lucky haha

    This is probably the best I’ve ever seen but I can’t convince myself to watch it again cause I know I’ll start to tear up throughout some of the episodes. I didn’t even watch this recap episode until weeks later cause I didn’t want to believe Clannad was over bahhhh and why didn’t they show more of Nagisa grown up she’s very pretty as an adult

    toxicant i heard Air was similar to this one though i havent checked it out. i was also told it was made by the same people im busy watching another anime but i know its on narutowire.com the girl on that one likes to say “Gao” alot and its cute lol anyway check it out and let anyone know if its any good as i cant watching three others animes and wanna finish them before i move to another XD
