I really enjoyed the beginning where Tomoya and Nagisa’s dad kept calling each other son and dad. Two big babies! It was hysterical!!

if this goes like the movie did… which would suck… but if it does then i’m kind of worried this is going to be just like “kimi ga nozomu eien” except nagisa ***s instead of going into a coma? (if you don’t follow. watch the movie again and note tomoyo’s place in the movie)
who knows the series is very different form the movie , i mean tomoya isn’t even the same guy and almost no one knew each other, let alone the not even nagisa even worked but still i’m mentaly prepaird for anything , not like the last time T.T it caught me by surprize and anyone that saw the hold thing ,and didn’t cry - belive me there’s something wrong with you …
lmao, that was one of the funniest eps, especially the beginning and end. i was wondering how they were going to show this part, and well, they really skimmed it, just like the random engagement ring. o well, i love this anime
I kind of want nagisa to die from child birth (like in the movie) just so i can laugh at tomoya. But then i wouldnt have hot nagisa to look at every episode.

Ah, the beginning is really awesome!
Goes to show that referring to sex somehow (maybe not necessarily a sex scene) is necessary to tell the story. This episode came out a bit jumbled, story wasn’t told very well here IMO.
Oh well, it’s still Clannad. And still the same funny moments sprinkled throughout.
I really hope it doesn’t turn out like the movie. Clannad season 1 has a sad/inspiring/heartwarming/bittersweet quality (mixed with humor), but the movie was just a load of unending depressing, like a Lifetime movie or something. o_O not really my idea of a good movie.
