    He got banished because of money issues.. I won’t say any more than that because it ruins the story, the english parts are trying to explain how the world got into the condition it is in, its part of a story line that is prequel the chrome shelled regios, this is a light novel series that has manga and anime adaptions

    It doesn’t specifically say that he was banished in the anime yet. Just that he came from a regios called Grendan and he failed at military arts there. He then came to Zuellni with the hope that he wouldn’t be in them again. When he arrives ge is then forced to be in the military arts. His childhood friend, from the orphanage where he grew up, Leerin was the only one who wanted him to stay in Grendan and continues to write letters to him.

    The manga adaptions are on onemanga.com under the titles Chrome Shelled Regios (3 chapters) and Chrome Shelled Regios - missing mail (5 chapters). The light novels to my knowledge have not be translated to english yet.

So far though, all Layfon has been stating is that he left of his own accord because he hated the feeling of being unwanted. Everyone hated him after he did something for money and looked down on him. That is why he is so giving and keeps saying, “It feels good to be needed.”

    What none of you seem to realize is that Anime-Media doesn’t really sub this series. They have only subed 2 episodes them selves 4 and 5. Even those 2 eps seem a bit to similar to the people who do sub this series Ayako. I repeat AM doesn’t sub this series, they just wait for Ayako to release theirs then they put it up for online viewing. Also they do seem to conveniently forget to credit the actual groups that do the work. So stop bitching about subs cause nothing is gonna happen till Ayakos comes out.

    Yeah i got hooked to this anime while i was trying to find a new anime to watch and found some good comments about this in a review from at viewer but this anime has just alittle episodes so far so it just gets some viewers wait crazily for the animes to come out.>.< i’m still waiting for this episode’s sub to come out and the wait is killing me

Okay, some of these questions don’t make sense, but I’m hoping someone out there can make sense out of them for me.
