Kenichi
Synopsis: Kenichi Shirahama, an regular 15-year-old weakling, whose life turns to Hell with the appearance of the naive, beautiful, and strong transfer student, Miu Furinji. After Kenichi witnesses Miu’s skills in martial arts, he joins the Ryouzanpaku dojo, the joining place of those who are truly strong, which also happens to be Miu’s home. After defeating a karate student in a match, he is soon challenge by all the delinquents in the school. Since then, Kenichi’s routine is divided between his hellish training with the masters of Ryouzanpaku, and his fights against the members of Ragnarok, a gang who views him as either a possible ally or an impending threat to their plans.

Man, that Siegfield guy is no zombie… it’s just that he can sees through his opponent attacks and quickly dodged it by acted like he was been hit. It’s really weird when I first saw it, but Kenichi discovered his faking technique accidentally by changing his own fighting styles. Well, Kenichi defeated Siegfield at the end, but he still failed to rescue his best friend Niijima since the ship that confines him has already departed. Oh, one more thing… Miu’s fan service!!!

Tanimoto finally reveals himself as Hermit and their fight scene is quite exciting as they’re fighting on top of a moving bus. It appears that Hermit is a martial artist in the Chinese martial arts and his moves is somehow related to Kenichi’s, sort of.

Kenichi episode 23 “Attack ! The neighboring Ryouzanpaku !”
Well, Izumi always has a crush on Kenichi and in order to grab his attention, Niijima is helping her out by bringing Izumi to face him in person at Ryouzapaku dojo. She is shocked seeing Kenichi been treated so badly by his Masters and she even critics on Miu’s personality. Despite Miu’s foxy looks, she is quite barbaric when comes to fighting. Yeah, compare to a normal girl, she is quite different. At the end, Izumi fails to grab Kenichi’s attention but instead she seems to make Miu feels a bit jealous… sort of.

Kenichi episode 22 “Young ones, gather ! The formation of the Shinpaku alliance !”
The Shinpaku Alliance which leads by Niijima Harou is getting well known after Miu and Kenichi, who has been pro-claimed as the co-captain of the group, defeated the infamous Kisara gang. However, without them, the Shinpaku Alliance is just a trash gang with a weird leader.

Kenichi episode 21 “Unforgivable! Kenichi’s Fist of Anger!”
Woah, Ukita and Takeda beat most of the underlings but they are still no match for Kisara even when Takeda is using his dominant left arm. The two are having a hard time until Kenichi made his grand entrance along with Miu. Though I thought Miu is going to stand aside to see the fight but I never expected her to go against Kisara. At the end, Miu defeated Kisara (easily) while Kenichi take care of the rest…

Kenichi episode 20 “Takeda’s Crisis! The Law of Retribution!”
The Ragnarok gang has given order to punish the traitor Takeda for leaving the group. And the punishment is carried out by the newly crowned Eight Fist Kisara together with Ukita and Koga. However, Ukita betrays the gang to help Takeda and makes himself as another target on Ragnarok’s list.
