    How ironic. Byakuya and Kenpachi are fighting together in the manga, but fighting against each other in a filler. And I don’t know what it is, but something about Kenpachi is pissing me off, which would explain why I want Byakuya to kick his ass to the curb.

    I love Ken, but I also have to agree with you. I think the Ken’s personality rides the thin line between warrior and asshole. Fillers writers always seem screw up his persona, making him seem like a bully.

    It seem kenpachi has some fear for byakuya. Not only that how did he know that byakuya took the side of the zanpaktou? He had just return and doesnt suggest he was briefed on the situation. Am rooting for Kenpachi, he seem to be second only to captain commander in strength. If only Kenpaci knew how to control his sword and use shakai and bankai he would probably be stronger than captain commander. They say that when someone learn the name of their zanpaktou and bond with them they become stronger together so just imagine when this comes to pass for Kenpachi…hopefully in the manga. BTW it looks like YAMMAY may own Kuchki and Kenpachi in the manga… no one one hit kenpachi like that and make him bleed.

    Oh you think that… the thing is kenpachi has that zanpakto before becoming a Shinigami so in other words that sword has to be from a dead shinigami aka Muramasas owner. What harm to the story will that have since no one remember that zanpakto. And shinigamis normally get a zanpakto when the become a shinigami to start with.

    Looking for a fight with those that WANT to fight does not make someone a Bully, Gladiator maybe, but not a bully. I have never seen Ken attack someone that didn’t want to fight Ken, even with Ichigo, Ken still asking for a rematch, but never outright attacking him.

    WTF was with those non-cutting attacks by Kira and Wabisuke? I mean, Wabisuke has lots of blunt on his sword and the odd shape makes cutting awkward in certain situations, but Kira got a clean hit off on that black guy and he didn’t bleed at all. I was looking forward to blood dripping down the roof…
    I hate battles with Kenpachi because they end up repeating frames. Swing left, swing right, swing left, etc while I talk. I also noticed that Kenpachi can shoot Getsuga Tenshou now (or at least a similar phenomenon).
    I was also a bit upset that Soi Fon’s zanpaktou simply accepted that they’re moving to a new location after she BLATANTLY EXPRESSED HER INTENTION. I also appear to have been mistaken; apparently Shinigami cannot walk on air in Soul Society (which would normally begin to involve neat terrain battles…if this wasn’t Bleach).
    I liked how Yumichika used the bakudou, he seems like the rebel type. I don’t like how he was able to break free of his shikai and how his zanpaktou did not react when he got behind.

    Why’s it seem like ichigo has gotten weaker. Him and kenpachi were on equal terms when he first came to Soul Society and they fought. Now it seems like Kenpachi is way stronger, and ichigo’s the one who has been fighting while the captains are in soul society.

    @Soultiger: I think the lightning guy is from the vice captain of squad 1. I also agree that Kenpachi needs some sort of skill to what he can do. He loves to fight, that shouldn’t make him stupid and brutish. It should just make him violent.

Actually, he could have stolen it, but we don’t know the logistics of how stealing someone else’s zanpaktou. Though it would explain why he can’t hear his zanpaktou since, you know, he wouldn’t actually have one.

    Iba is the name of the vice captain form squad 1. the lightning zanpaktou belongs to him.

    @hein im 100% sure that the zanpaktou that zaraki carries around is his,and was never stated that it was never his to begin with. Because it is likely for the shinigami to have his sword and not know its name. take Ichigo for example when he became a temporary shinigami he had a sword but did not know the name and thus why it broke against byakuya.

    kenpachi’s does not break because it is already in shikai, and belongs to the right owner. He just does not know how to listen to his sword.

    as for zaraki eyepatch being back on im pretty sure he put it back on to conserve his reiatsu since he only took it off to blow everyone away.

    The thing with Kenpachi is not the fact that he hasn’t heard his zanpakuto’s name… it’s the fact that he LIKE’S fighting with raw power. He’s stated in earlier episodes (well his underlings I should say have said) he doesn’t like the idea of fighting using those powers, that’s the main reason Ikkaku and the other guy origionally don’t release their forms in front of him…Ken finds it sickening to use any power other than your own strength. As for his eye patch if you pay close enough attention to the scenes it shows him tying it back on.

    Okay,beginning at #1. Iba is not the name of Squad 1’s Vice captain. Iba is Squad 7’s Vice Captain. Chojiro is,and Gonryoumaru (Mr. Lightning) is Chojiro’s Zanpakuto. As for Ichigo’s sword Zangetsu,it did not break because of Ichigo didn’t know his name. It broke because Ichigo was in over his head when he first met Byakuya. Common sense says that much. Ken’s doesn’t break because it has way way way too much reiatsu, and no he does not know his Zanpakuto’s name. It is likely that he never will as Tite Kubo already stated that his Zanpakuto’s name will never be revealed. The eyepatch. With that thing off,he will ever have a good fight because he is just too powerful without it. It does not conserve reiatsu,it eats reiatsu,which is told in the earlier episodes. Before you go on an know it all streak. EITHER PAY ATTENTION CLOSELY OR LOOK SHIT UP.

He wears a sleeveless captain’s haori which has a ragged look to it (assumed due to violence that accompanies the position of captain of the 11th Division).     @ bleachmania : sorry to be the one to tell you this, but any source with the addition ‘wiki’ in it is editable by anyone who reads it, and not very reliable for much of anything.. so saying ’straight from bleach wiki’ just kinda makes people who know that laugh..
