I enjoyed the Kira and Kifune action in this episode. Why it was entitled “Ice and Flame! Fierce Fight of Amagai vs. Hitsugaya” is beyond me, but either way it was a very good episode. I’ve watched the raw, now I can relax and wait till the subbed version comes out later tonight.

Ichigo seems like a weakling. Its a joke that the guys with the dolls were able to run away at all.
matsumoto could of been taken out with one of Ichigo’s punchs.
They really just need to stop with the fillers and end the Series before all that I love about bleach is burned.

the reason the fights are getting worse is because there are no more strong people to fight after all this arc is after the espada arc and it was just to introduce the new captain give it time it will get better

Kira doesn’t have bankai, that’s why he is still a vice-captain. And I did enjoy this episode! There are still some episodes to go so I’m not giving hope that there will still some bankai action and if we’re very lucky also some vaizard acttion.
yeah fillers arnt fun but just enjoy the anime people i know i look forward to every episode even if it is a filler or not.
but i do wanna see some more hollow ichigo action. and reason they need fillers is so manga can move farther away from anime. cause honestly ichigo as he is now in this arc could defeat all these people in one hit if he did bankai+vizard. but wheres the fun in watching if ichigo starts using anime HAcks!!!!

You’re right. My bad!! Ikkaku is not a vice-captain, he’s a third seat, but he has achieved bankai. However, he doesn’t want anyone to know because then they would bug him to fill one of the positions that were left open after the Aizen incident and he wants to stay and fight in Kenpachi’s squad. Renji is the only vice-captain that’s achieved bankai at this time. He achieved it around or actually before Ichigo got his when they were training in the underground room so they could save Rukia.

This arc sucks for one huge reason…..
It is not possible to have it in the actual series…
Let me explain. In the first filler of this series it says something around the lines that it is like a alternate universe of what is happening.. Well not realy like that but it dam is for sure no place to be put in before or after the arrancar/mundo arcs since in time they go straight after the other is done….
The Bount arc atleast had sense in that ther is a small time gap in Soul Society arc and arrancar/vizard arc. So they can place it in without totaly being to off beat of the manga well except the dolls still around.
This new Captain even though I admit I like is not in the manga and after the anime gets back on point they will toss this arc away like a bag of crap…
Shoot for coming up with a filler they could have done better, one that made actual sense and could coexsist with the manga like what is going on in Soul Society, or the human world, maybe a silly Nel comedy spin off before she met ichigo…
Shit even Naruto filler atm even though suck makes more sense kinda…
Damn. This opening song sucks!
