I remember this episode. The reason this ending was so crappy in the anime is because they choose to remove a lot of important characters from it so that they could end the series within 25 episodes.
I’d suggest that you:
1.) Reread the manga from the begining, since it’s better than the anime.
2.) Or you just simply look around the chapters in volume 13, just to make you understand how annoyed i was when i saw the anime.. The manga is up to 33 volumes, but the anime ended after just 13.

In 1997 a girl called lauren was walking in a forest and then a she just dissapeared no one ever found her untill 2000 when a yoing girl called Mary found her body and markings on her chest saying: I wasnt pretty enough” and now you have read this she will appear in your mirrorrsaying your not pretty enough and kill you. by the way the girl called mary died shortly after. Im sick of happy endings. This is good intresting ending and its only ending of anime not ending of the story.
The ending of this anime make me feel bad. Guts have not done anythings to have this pain in his heart. Griffith and Kijaskar joke is not good. this end make me very angry because GUTS haven’t merite that. this soffer is so anormal and imoral. Griffith is demon and Kijaskar is a joke girl. My guts soffer make me so sick. He felt everythings but not have a chance to have a normal life. This powerful man who take the general head….. Guts.

Come on!!!! this can’t just be the end!! There must be a better ending then this. I hate this ending then.. they were fighting so good for every one and than the demons just killed them all in the end. This is really sucks.
yes this is really suck I can’t believe they ended it like that…at least I know thw 1st episode happenend after the 25th one so why can’t we see what happened…this episode was just a bad dream of guts in my opinions…

This episode took a bit of my soul with it . . .
I never read the manga when I watched this and I watched it all in one day. After it was done I was speechless. I gave a part of my self to all those characters. Had so much hope then all that. I then found the manga and was a bit more satisfied.. Still Judo and Pippin and all Gatsu’s raiders!? Anime is great manga even better but ya if you just stick to the anime you’ll get a bit messed up.

They could easily pick this series back up ounce the manga is finally finished, i mean theres enough material to do a full blown 100 episode series and thats just with whats out now! God id love to see guts tearing up the batlefeild with his berseker armor!
