giant basketball playing robots with a comedic like twist?
seems interesting.
the art style reminds me of FLCL/Gurren Laggan for some reason…maybe that’s just me though…
this is what happens when the globetrotters go anime. Giant Robot Basketball, the next epic sport.

this actualt looks watchable, the artist really did some nice work on the backgrounds , and even the ppl in the background got diferent designs , not just a bunch of ppl standing around all cloudy without a face -__-; the characters got interesting and difrent designs , i like the animation
doh the robots could have something ells than a car as a main piece. but i can overlook that.
what bugs me is that they give away to much of the story in the first episode,
lets recap:
1# – we see in flachbacks: little girl plays basket, hurts leg. and we see an girl inn a weelchair. hmm anyone didnt get that ? good.
2# – meets a girl out of the blue , gets a flach back of a promise with a little girl, that tourns out to be her -__-;
3# – the super awesome sport is just special efects on TV
4# -the main character’s secret identety is reviled. O__ò

srry aboute that i just got a little angry, why cant ppl just leave some good comments, what they think of the video posted or anything really,

this show looks interesting doh i dont know if the story will hold, but i’ll see where it goes
quite disappointing anime line up thus far, I guess FMA, SAIKI and possibly 07 ghost will be the most interesting to watch
lol, wow. this anime has what i love about “anime” the friggin details in the landscape and nice animations. i really hope this has a good story backing it up.

I LOVE THE ART IN THIS ANIME. THIS IS THE 1ST ANIME WITH GREAT ART THAT IVE SEEN FOR A VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME.
can’t argue why it has such a good animation… it’s sponsor is nike and several companies… i’ll watch it if i have time

I love the art and animation, seems to be a bunch of interesting characters with good back-story (instead of the old, “I love robots and want to be the best, YAY. Encounter random people, fight, lets be friends!”)
the story look good and no matter what everyone else think of robots playing basketball, hell, at least it’s not another one about robots fighting an endless war against one another for unknown and mythical reasons… at least we see a bit of creativity here.
…but one thing is missing : subs
so hurry with those please

awesome animation! This has got to be one of the rare animes that has people with different backgrounds (at least when im talking about skin tones if you know what i mean) and the whole basketball playing robots is pretty different than the whole meccas fighting in space over something that the characters themselves dont even know (that stuff gets boring really fast). the story overall seems kind of intersting but like all animes we have to see if they can keep up a good story after the first episode-especially after revealing quite alot in this episode-maybe it’s going to be a short anime (between 12 to 50 eps) and not something that will last over 300 episode with the story going nowhere for over two years now ( we all know which ones they are)
Hmmm is this from the creators of Naruto, because Naruto had an ending song about something that sounded like Basquash for a while…
And the fat Naruto sidekick…

this looks like its going to be good. cant help but like the amount of action. man he got pwned at the end which i believe sucked. oh well lol. physical features look great on the characters including the background people.(directed to the female detail/HOT BODIES/BOOBS/NICE ASS, etc.) XD

This was pretty good, nice animation, this is pretty much a prologue for later. Thought the part when he has his laundry done is hilarious

this is a watchable series
I’m just getting back into the swing of watching new and old anime, i see little bits of touch from macross ‘feel’ in this, some of the charecters i like, others not so much, and i wonder why they zipped by the 1 year jail sentence, in reality, he come out of the jail cell rubbing his ass that has beeen in pain that year lol
looks good….I like basketball and what really sucks is that the guy got pawned at the end….I was expecting for that Huge Dunk but some random guy just freaking block it….
I bet that the random guy will be his arch rival, But wat i think is awesome is the fact that the Masked guy made history and should be the #1 pick of everyone’s roster. Plus he have 2 girls that dig him… And go BOOBIES!

Whoa the first episode already got me hooked, i cant wait for the next episode. And its animation is superb compared to the others out there now, kinda like watching a animated movie not an episode.

i don’t know what the hell most people are complaining about, this anime is bad ass! especially that running on the wall scene. the graphics are spectaular, and if the plot and characters develop well enough, i think we got ourselves another great anime!
only reason ppl dun like this is cuz they prefer their naruto / bleach & etc and so they can never tell the difference between real masterpieces and the crummy sh!t they watch
put simply… i’m shocked… i read “basketball playing mecha” and thought “this’ll be horrible…” and put off watching it for a few days now. but wow! not bad at all. not Code Geass amazing but still, good stuff.

they have basketball, the big foot have amercian classic car on it. the city name is rolling town, like an amercian town.
the lead is call Dan, an amercian name.
This show is trying to get amercian air play???

I don’t get into sports anime much, but damn! The art is awesome, and unlike the sports anime I’ve seen in the past, there wasn’t a second I wanted to get up while it was playing to do something else. Wicked cool detail, great animation, just cool all around.
Wow, this is one of most original concepts for a manga, since Air Gear. I’m liking this series ^__^

Ok, so I watched it and uhh..all I can say is… SO MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE! I’m so glad I didn’t watch it from the start, now I don’t have to wait a long time to get into it
